Processing Time

Please allow 3-4 business days processing time for your order to ship. Shipping rates on all orders will be calculated by courier Your tracking information will be sent via email once your purchase has been shipped. Please allow up to 24hrs for the tracking number to update.

Order Cancellation

If your item has not been shipped you are able to cancel your order. Please email us at selfcareselflovellc@gmail.com with your name and order number. If your item has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it.

For security reasons, no address changes will be made, please make sure that the address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damage packages.

All orders are checked for quality before being shipped out. SelfCareSelfLove LLC is not responsible for any lost packages or damages that occur during shipping, once your package has been shipped all delivery responsibilities will be handled by USPS.
