Hi, I’m Natasha — the founder of Self Care Self Love LLC, a Black- and woman-owned small business rooted in the belief that self-care is not selfish — it’s sacred.

I started this journey as a busy wife, mom of three, and full-time creator juggling life, love, and health. Like so many women, I was always pouring into everyone else — until I realized I couldn’t keep giving from an empty cup.

That’s when I began learning how to pour into myself again. I turned to herbal remedies, soothing body oils, nourishing teas, and the kind of routines that reconnect you with yourself. That healing process inspired me to start making products for others — and the support from my community turned my passion into a growing brand.
